Project №BG051PO001-3.1.09-0002 “Creating and developing a system for further professional development of lecturers in VFU “Chernorizets Hrabar”  part of the operational programme “Human Resources Development” co-funded by the European Social Fund of the European Union

 

 

The project was started on 24.04.2013 as VFU is the leading organization. It sums up to 122 227.70 BGN (62 520.56 EUR)

The project aims to improve the quality of education and teaching in terms of adjusting to the needs of the labour market  and building up an economy based on knowledge.

The specific aim is to create and further develop a new system for professional development of the skills, knowledge and personal career of lecturers. There are 253 participants in the projects, all lecturers from Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”

The project plans to:

• Develop and run ICT courses to excel the skill and knowledge of lecturers.
• Develop and run specialized English language courses in the field of knowledge of the lecturer to improve his/her skills and knowledge.
• Run courses related to applying modern educational methods and technologies of academic teaching and research activities.

While the project is being processed, the wide public will be given information about the progress, control and results from the activities.
