The Higher Education Mobility Action for students and faculty is part of the Erasmus+ EU programme in the field of education, training, youth and sports. The new Erasmus Charter for Higher Education for the period 2021-2027 gives an opportunity for students and faculty to engage in academic and cultural exchange around the world.

Student mobility for the purpose of education is aimed at students and PhD students who want to study in their specialty for one or two semesters at a higher education institution abroad.

Student mobility for practice is aimed at undergraduates and PhD students as well as recent graduates and provides the opportunity for internships in companies or enterprises abroad.

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" successfully organises and conducts incoming and outgoing mobility for education or internship of students from 2 to 12 months under the "Erasmus+" programme. Any eligible student can complete part of his studies at a partner European university or to carry out an internship at a partner European company or institution in the relevant professional field with the financial support of the Erasmus+ programme.

The European Credit Accumulation and Transfer System (ECTS) guarantees full academic recognition of the results and credits obtained during mobility.
