20 Април 2022

From 9th to 13th May the Faculty of Law at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" will hold online consultations for the oral exam in criminal law for candidates to become junior magistrates and lawyers. The lectures will be delivered by Prof. D.Sc. Prof. Dr. Juliana Mateeva - Lecturer in Criminal Law at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".

Candidates to become junior magistrates were very interested in the consultations in criminal law organized by the Faculty of Law. The lecture team of Prof. D.Sc. Yonko Kunchev, Victor Tarchev, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Juliana Mateeva and Chief Assist. Prof. Dr. Adelina Hadhiyska presented various criminal law cases to the candidates. Candidates from Varna, Burgas, Sofia, Dobrich, Razgrad, Silistra, etc. took part in the training.

Here is what some of the participants in the consultations said:

Nelly Kovacheva, Sapareva Banya
I consider the training very useful. Many theoretical and practical issues were discussed. The presented cases covered a wide range of topics, both substantive and procedural criminal law.
Biserka Todorova, Sofia
It was very useful for me. Some issues I was not sure about became clear. The training took place in very pleasant and comfortable environment. The teachers were all professionals. Thank you!
Krassimira Yordanova, Silistra

The training was extremely well planned and the organization was exceptional. I am fascinated by the teachers and their dedication, their desire to be as useful as possible and to give us more information. The accents they placed on a certain matter, way they delivered it, the specifics in certain hypotheses of the substantive and procedural law, were extremely useful for me. Even for the short time of the course, the lecturers managed to cover a large part of the subject, and using case studies to consolidate what we learned. For me, this training and solving cases was extremely useful! I would be happy to join other courses in the future. Thank you very much once again for the dedication of Prof. Kunchev, Assoc. Prof. Mateeva, Prosecutor Tarchev, Dr. Hadhiyska and last but not least Chief Assist. Prof. Angelova! You were exceptional!

On 7th and 8th May in an online classrooms of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar"  consultations on civil law for candidates in competitions for junior lawyers will be held. The lecturers Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anton Grozdanov - lawyer and arbitrator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Petar Bonchovski, lawyer and Dr. Galina Nikolova, will present the substantive and procedural issues of civil and commercial law, the methodology for resolving private cases and discussing current case law practice, as well as case solving.
