VFU and leading world experts found a Black Sea Academy of Security

Two world-renowned security experts - Ariel Cohen and Vladimir Bronfenbrenner visited Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" at the invitation of the President of the University Assoc. Prof. Krassimir Nedyalkov, PhD.
Ariel Cohen is among the top 10 experts in the world in cybersecurity and intelligence security systems, and Vladimir Bronfenbrenner is a prominent Balkan expert and adviser to ministries and government structures in the fields of justice, economy and international relations.
At the meeting with the President, the possibility to create a Black Sea Security Academy with two main areas was discussed: cybersecurity and intelligent systems to protect the population in line with the highest world standards. In discussions with the Rector's management and the working teams, these areas were highlighted as priorities in the University's Strategy. The launch of the academy is scheduled for March with the participation of experts from Bulgaria, the EU and Israel.
