VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" WAS HONOURED AS A DONATOR TO THE ART FUND

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" was honored as a donator to the Art Fund for 2019 by the board of directors of the St. St. Constantine and Helena Foundation for their exceptional involvement in charity causes to help children in need. The prize was awarded to the President of the University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasimir Nedyalkov by Elena Koseva - Manager of St. St. Konstantin and Elena Foundation.
The 11th Charity Initiative for "The Art for Children in Need" of the St. St. Konstantin and Helena Foundation raised over BGN 33,000 for disadvantaged children. The money was raised when 75 works of art were bought and from donations. More than 100 children and youth from the Family-type placement center for children and youth "Izgrev" and "Drugarche" and from the Center for Special Educational Support "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" in the village of Krivnya will be supported.
Funds are also available for various university students who are given scholarships by the foundation.
In 2019, the St. St. Constantine and Helena Foundation celebrated its 10th anniversary.
