THE SIXTH INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION FOR CREATIVE SKILLS VARNA SPAGHETTI ENGENEERING WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 17 NOVEMBER AT VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY

For the sixth consecutive year Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" organizes the competition for creative skills for students from the vocational secondary schools of architecture, construction and geodesy and university students Varna Spaghetti Engineering. Participants will build bridges of spaghetti that are load-bearing and at the same time attractive.
For the first time this year the competition will be with international participation. It will include 14 student teams from 8 vocational secondary schools of architecture, construction and geodesy from the country. 10 student teams from Bulgaria and Ukraine will take part in the student section.
The other novelty of the event is the special photo competition for journalists. In it, the best photo taken during the presentation of the projects will be awarded. A further 11 photos will be selected to enter a charity calendar. The prize money for the cometition is BGN 250 and the funds from the sale of the calendar will be donated to the training of disadvantaged children. The voting will take place on-line on the Varna Free University Facebook page.
