The new, modern Erasmus space of Varna Free University, which was opened at the beginning of the academic year by the president of the university Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasimir Nedyalkov, is already actively used by our students. It was made under the Erasmus+ programme, providing 24-hour access and is an important link to build an even more connected academic community and an opportunity to exchange knowledge, culture and experience.
The Erasmus space symbolizes openness and unity - values that are the basis of the European Union and the education system. Here, students will have the opportunity not only to study, but also to share ideas, dreams, and make friends.
At its opening, the Erasmus institutional coordinator Prof. Dr. Shamonina said: "The Erasmus+ programme is not only an opportunity for academic development. It is a chance for every young person to broaden their horizons, to understand other cultures, to build bridges between peoples and to contribute to a better and more sustainable future".
At the beginning of the academic year, the president Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasimir Nedyalkov opened a shared Erasmus+ space and thanked everyone who made it possible as a result of the joint work of many people who believe in the power of education to change destinies and societies.
The academic management is planning the construction of new shared Erasmus spaces in the central building of the university.
