THE LAW SPECIALTY OF VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" ADMITS CANDIDATE STUDENTS WITH THE MATRICULATION MARKS IN BULGARIAN AND THE AVERAGE MARKS IN THE SECONDARY EDUCATION DIPLOMA

The application in the Law specialty of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" in the academic year 2020/2021 will be with the marks obtained in the state matriculation examination in the Bulgarian language and literature and the averagemarks in the secondary education diploma. The ranking score will be formed by the marks obtained in the matriculation examination in the Bulgarian language and literature, multiplied by 3 and the average marks in the diploma for completed secondary education. The marks in the state examination in the Bulgarian language and literature in higher education are also recognized for admissions. The training in the Law specialty at Varna Free University is in full-time and part-time mode of studies.
The change in the conditions for admissions of students in the Law specialty is in accordance with the Decree of the Council of Ministers № 110 / 28/05/2020 (Promulgated, SG, issue 50 of 02/06/2020) for amendment of the Ordinance on the Unified State Requirements for Acquiring Higher Education in the Law Specialty and Professional Qualification "Lawyer".
Students in the professional areas of Law, National Security Protection and Psychology at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" who have interrupted their studies and lost their student rights over the last 10 years can also benefit from the changed conditions for application this year. They can also restore their rights by applying with the marks from in the Bulgarian language and literature examination and the average marks in the secondary education diploma.
The Faculty of Law has also created special conditions for those who have interrupted their education over the last three years in the professional areas of Law, National Security Protection and Psychology. They have the opportunity to participate in free online brush-up courses in disciplines in which they have not passed exams. After the lecture courses they will be admitted to an extraordinary online session and will be able to continue their education. Students will be exempt from the fee for the restoration of student rights.
