The Faculty of Law at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" presented its specialties to students from Varna

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" welcomed the students from "Jolis Academy - University for High School Students". Over 50 students from more than 20 schools in the city had the opportunity to get acquainted with the academic environment and the specialties of the Faculty of Law.
Daniela Cherneva, Director of the University Library, presented the academic resources and opportunities that the university provides to its students. At the Center for Student Admissions, the students received information about the application process, deadlines, the method of forming the GPA needed to enroll and current specialties.
During the visit, the high school students met with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Yonko Kunchev, and with Asst. Prof. Aleksandra Angelova. They visited the specialized laboratories on methodology and tactics of investigation, where they participated in practical activities, such as recovery of fingerprints and getting acquainted with basic investigation techniques.
In the Medical-Psychological Complex, Assoc. Prof. M.D. Krasimir Ivanov demonstrated experiments related to attention and cognitive abilities. The students participated in psychological tests and concentration training, similar to those used in the training of air traffic controllers.
A new meeting is coming up in April, dedicated to the specialties of the Faculty of Architecture – Architecture, Construction of Buildings and Facilities, Graphic Design, Interior Design and Fashion Design.
