THE BULGARIAN CONSTRUCTION CHAMBER HONORED ASSOC. PROF. DR. ANELIA PARZHANOVA

The Bulgarian Construction Chamber - Regional Representative Office Smolyan awarded Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anelia Parzhanova, manager of the Smolyan Branch of VFU"Chernorizets Hrabar" with the certificate Significant Contribution to the Development of Higher Education in the Smolyan region.
The prize was presented by Stefan Sabrutev, regional governor of the administrative center Smolyan. The award is a recognition from the branch organization to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anelia Parzhanova for her activity in popularizing and strengthening the profession of the construction engineer in higher education in the Smolyan region, as well as for the fruitful joint cooperation with the Bulgarian Construction Chamber - Smolyan Regional Representation.
The event was attended by the regional governor of the region Stefan Sabrutev, the chairperson of the Management Board of KSB Eng. Iliyan Terziev, Eng. Lyubomir Kachamakov - vice president of FIEC and chairperson of KSB OP - Sofia, the honorary chairman of KSB RR - Smolyan - Vladimir Kehayov, the mayors of the municipalities of Nedelino - Boyan Kehaiov, Zlatograd - Miroslav Yanchev and Rudozem - Dr. Rumen Pehlivanov, the branch media the Stroitel newspaper, represented by Eng. Plamen Pergelov - Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Ms. Reneta Nikolova - Procurator and Chief editor.
The host of the celebration was Eng. Asen Sokolov - Chairman of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, Regional Representation - Smolyan, who opened it with the words: "This year the celebration is organized under the sign of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and the Regional Representation in Smolyan. On this occasion, we are holding the event in the picturesque town of Zlatograd, which preserves the atmosphere of the old Rhodope architecture and the spirit of the Renaissance builders. Let this remind us that the limits of what we build exceed human life, and the profession of the builder perpetuates its masters."
