THE 21ST SUMMER SCIENTIFIC SESSION OF THE FACULTY OF LAW AT VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" BEGINS

The 21st Summer Scientific Session of the Faculty of Law at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" will be held on 1 and 2 July 2022. It will be opened at 10.00 on 1 July in the Aula Maxima of the University. The event is under the sign of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".
Traditionally, the Summer Scientific Session of the Faculty of Law is held in three areas - Legal Sciences, Security and Safety and Psychology. This year the topics are:
► Law as an art for good and justice,
► Civil security for society and
► Applied Psychology - Opportunities and Perspectives.
Plenary reports are awaited with particular interest. Prof. Petar Hristov, Rector of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar", will present the topic On the Scientific Picture of Security in the World as an Instrument of the Policy of Peace and Stability, Prof. Lyudmil Georgiev, D.Sc. will talk about The Modern Clash of Civilization or the Problematization of Meaning", and Prof. Ivo Hristov, PhD will present the report entitled The End of an Age.
The topics of the conference provoked the interest of participants from universities and research organizations in Bulgaria, Israel, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Turkey, Russia and Poland. They are expected to submit more than 100 reports. Bulgaria will be represented by scientists, researchers, PhD students and students from VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar", as well as from Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, UniBIT, Burgas Free University, Veliko Tarnovo University, Plovdiv University, Sofia University, UNWE, Southwest University, etc.
Representatives of the judiciary, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice, the Municipality of Varna - Department of Defence and Mobilization Training, etc. were invited to the event.
The Department of Psychology will welcome at the conference Prof. Sava Dzhonev D. Sc. - Chairman of the Board of the Society of Psychologists in the Republic of Bulgaria, lecturers from the South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Temenuzhka Mateva, PhD - Director of the Centre for Mental Health; Ruse, Albena Pavlova - Director of "Geo Milev"Secondary School, Varna, Zhulieta Petkova - Director of the "Prof. Dr. Ivan Shishmanov" Special School for Visually Impaired Students, Varna and others.
