STUDENTS OF VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" ARE WINNERS IN THE LITERARY COMPETITION OF THE "HUMAN LIBRARY"

The second-year students at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" Yana Stoyanova and Olga Simeonova are winners in the national competition "Longing for Growing Creativity" of the Human Library Foundation. For their essays on the power of books, they were awarded in the category of 19-22 year olds.
Yana Stoyanova is majoring in Fashion Design. She is a deputy chairperson of the Student Council and is in charge of the Eclectic Club.
Yana impressed the jury with her essay on "The Books That Changed Me." In it, the student shared her most significant encounters with books, the impact and participation of different people in the process of developing a "friendship" with books. She also wrote about the power of art and the word that changes and encourages readers to rediscover themselves.
Olga Simeonova is a student in the professional field of National Security. She shared that in the competition she was impressed by the topic about the books that changed her. "I have an unprecedented interest in forensics. I love reading and writing," said she.
The winners' essays will be published on the website of the Human Library, and their authors will receive a prize - the latest and most interesting eBooks or paper versions.
