STUDENTS OF THE VFU SMOLYAN BRANCH VISITED THE INTERNATIONAL FAIR IN PLOVDIV

Students of the master's degree programmes in Circular Economy and Tax and Customs Control, who study at the Smolyan Branch of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", visited the International Fair in Plovdiv and were welcomed by Dr. Ivan Sokolov, Chief Executive of the International Fair in Plovdiv, who told them about the structure and organization of the fair complex, which is among the leaders of the exhibition industry in Southeast Europe.
The students saw the stand of Varna Free University at the largest textile and fashion exhibition in Bulgaria TexTail Expo and met with students, graduates and lecturers from the Department of Arts and the specialty of Fashion Design.
Planned practical training in a real business environment is part of the learning process and aims to form entrepreneurial, social skills and teamwork.
The acquisition of key competences for on-the-ground work is related to increasing the chances of successful professional career in the labour market.
