STUDENTS FROM THE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL OF HUMANITIES AND ARTS "KONSTANTIN PRESLAVSKI" DO INTERNSHIP AT VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR"

Students from three classes of the High School for Humanities and Arts "Konstantin Preslavski" in Varna for a consecutive year do their internship at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". Students in 10th, 11th and 12th grade in the specialties "Bulgarian Folk Dances" and "Modern Dances", under the management of their teachers Dilyan Galev, Milen Grozdev and Rumen Radev, will work for 68 hours with students from the Academic Dance Theater at the University. The young dancers are preparing a production with which they will take part in the annual concert of the specialty "Choreography" at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".
Doing internship in the beautiful dance halls of the university strengthens the partnership between Varna Free University and the High School for Humanities and Arts "Konstantin Preslavski" and develops the relationship between secondary and higher education. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ivaylo Ivanov - lecturer in "Choreography" and Director of "Artistic and Creative Activities" commented that this practice will help the school students in choosing their future university and their future professional realization" .
Evelina Nikolaeva and Maria Hristova are graduating from the high school this year. They have already chosen to continue their studies in Choreography at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" - the only university that offers training in the field of arts in Northeastern Bulgaria.
"I chose to study at this university because I believe that the Bulgarian roots should be passed on to people forever. I feel free when I dance and I want to be able to pass on this knowledge and skills in the future, the way my teachers, who have graduated from Varna Free University, taught me", said Evelina Nikolaeva. Maria Hristova added that she is already confident that during her studies she will be supported by teachers and students who will encourage her to move forward.
Евелина Николаева и Мария Христова са дванадесетокласнички. Те вече избраха да продължат обучението си в специалност "Хореография" на ВСУ "Черноризец Храбър" - единственият университет, който предлага обучение в областта на изкуствата в Североизточна България.
"Избрах да уча в този университет, защото смятам, че българският корен трябва да се предава на хората вечно. Чувствам се свободна, когато танцувам и искам в бъдеще да мога да предавам тези знания и умения, така както преподавателите ми, също получили образованието си във Варненския свободен университет, научиха мен", сподели Евелина Николаева. Мария Христова допълни, че вече е уверена, че по време на следването си, ще получи сигурна подкрепа от преподавателите и студентите, които ще я насърчават да върви напред.
