STUDENT EXHIBITIONS PRESENT UNIQUE GLASS PAINTINGS IN VARNA

Exhibitions, presenting course works of students majoring in Interior Design and Graphic Design at Varna Free University were opened in the Arts department of 'Pencho Slaveykov' Public Library - Varna and in the Academic and Sports Complex at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". The students did their works under the guidance of their teacher in painting Donika Kirova.
The compositions, painted by the students are the result of careful planning and preliminary sketches, which are then painted with the materials and technique used. ‘The result is an extraordinary variety of colorful and picturesque works that demonstrate the talent and creativity of the young artists’, says the lecturer Donika Kirova.
They are all author's compositions, expressing the personal view of the students on pre-selected topics. The technique used includes painting with glass paints provided by Lorka Art Materials, Varna.
The exhibitions provide a unique opportunity for the general public to get to know the works of future professionals in the field of design and art, while establishing Varna Free University as an important center for art education.
