The Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Innovation - RAPIV celebrates 20 years since its establishment. On the occasion of the anniversary, on September 20, 2022, a conference on Sustainability and Intelligent Growth in the Models of the Future" will be held at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". It will be opened by Yani Yanev - vice president of the university and chairperson of the management board of the Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Innovation - Varna. Prof. Anna Nedyalkova - Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" will make a welcome speech.
Yani Yanev will also present a plenary report on The RAPIV Model. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Galina Momcheva, head of the Department of Computer Science at Varna Free University, will speak about the development of the ecosystem Business - Science - Education. The Driving Forces of Inflation in the Long-term Plan in the 21st century will be presented by Assoc.Prof. Dr. Ivo Yotsov from Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy (NVNA). The lecture by Prof. Dr. Yosif Avramov on the topic: Use of Financial Instruments for the Implementation of Innovations by Small and Medium-sized Business Entrepreneurs and Municipal Administrations is also awaited with interest.
In the recent years, VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" and RAPIV have partnered on the projects Encouraging Entrepreneurship Among Young Women in the Danube Region, Access to Universities for People with Disabilities and Bulgaria: Against Aggression in Sports 2019.
Experts from Varna Free University and the Medical University - Varna participate in a group of interested parties on the RAPIV project Development, Piloting and Validation of Intelligent Care Models in the Danube Region to Support Social Innovation, Improve Competences and Entrepreneurship. The Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship works with experts from the University of Economics - Varna on the "EWA: Empowering Women in Agrifood 2021" programme for Bulgaria and with Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy it works on the project Establishment of a Center for the Transfer of Marine Technologies.
