PUBLIC ONLINE LECTURE OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE TERRITORIAL DIRECTORATE OF THE NATIONAL REVENUE AGENCY AT VARNA FREE UNIVERSITY

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" has the pleasure to invite students, teachers and experts to a public online lecture by Vlastiana Nikolova - Director of the Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency in Varna, on the topic "Collection of public receivables".
The public lecture will be held on 16 June 2024 at 10:00 am in the university's online space (meet.google.com/xfp-asqv-mpa).
Vlastiana Nikolova has a master's degree in Law. She started working in the system in April 2005, successively holding the positions of junior, senior and chief public executor in the State Claims Agency.
Vlastiana Nikolova has extensive professional experience in the field of securing and collecting public receivables and private state receivables determined by law. After the merger of The Government Claims Agency with the National Revenue Agency, she was the chief public executor in the Enforcement department, Collection directorate, Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency Varna. She held the positions of head of the Enforcement department and head of the Incoming Control and Coordination department in the Collection directorate, Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency, Varna, as well as director of the Collection department in the territorial directorate in our maritime capital.
After winning a competition, from May 2022 she holds the position of territorial director of the Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency, Varna
During the lecture, Vlastiana Nikolova will share her experience and knowledge gained over the years and discuss current issues and challenges in the field of public debt collection.
