MAJOR GENERAL PETKO ANGELOV WHO WAS A LECTURER AT THE FACULTY OF LAW PASSED AWAY

Major General Petko Angelov who was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" in "Operational and Search Activities".MG Petko Angelov was born in 1940. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Geodesy and Cartography with a degree in Optical and Optoelectronic Systems. From 1967 he was in the system of the Ministry of Interior, where he worked until November 1994. He held all positions and received the rank of "Major General". He is also a doctor of science. He worked in the operational and technical department of the Second Main Directorate as his deputy head and head of the department. In March 1991 he was appointed Deputy Minister of the Interior, and the position was transformed into Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior. MG Petko Angelov was also Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Companies for Trade Security and Protection.
