Let's spend together the Bulgarian holidays - A Hike to Mount Shipka

Dear university and doctoral students, lecturers and employees,
Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and the Student Council invite you to join the Hike to Mount Shipka, dedicated to the 147th anniversary of the Liberation of Bulgaria. The event, which will take place on March 2nd and 3rd, 2025, is inspired by our deep respect for the act of heroism of those who gave their lives for the freedom of the homeland, for their self-sacrifice and unwavering spirit.
The foreign students from the university will also join the hike, which makes the event not only an expression of national memory, but also an opportunity for cultural exchange and mutual understanding.
Varna Free University creates traditions, affirms historical memory and builds bridges between history and cultures. Together we honor heroes, inspire new generations and unite the spirit of people from all over the world.
