Introduction to the Norms and Practices of Green Building

The Union of Architects in Bulgaria - Varna in partnership with the Green Building Institute and Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", are holding a seminar and workshop on eco-friendly building materials.
Dobromir Mashev - chairperson of the Green Building Institute, lecturer at the New Bulgarian University - Sofia, at the Luxembourg Construction Chamber, at the Institute of Building Biology and Sustainability Rosenheim, Germany and who also delivers international lectures and training in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom will be having lectures on theory and practice. He is the first and only construction geobiologist in Bulgaria. He graduated in Applied Geology and Mineralogy, Natural Resource Management; qualified in eco-friendly building materials and technologist in dry construction mixes. "The key to happiness is to do what you love and to see how your work makes the people around you happy, improving their living environment," says Dobromir Mashev about himself.
The hosts of the event, which takes place from October 10 to 12, are the House of the Architects - Varna and the Faculty of Architecture at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar".
