On behalf of the academic leadership of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", we congratulate you on 24 May - The Day of the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture, and of Slavic literature.
24 May is a symbol of the timeless beauty and power of the Bulgarian language. This solemn day unites us in the tradition and belief that enlightenment and culture are the strong foundations of our society.
We congratulate the pupils and students who set out on the path of knowledge with faith and optimism, with a thirst for knowledge and with hope for the future.
Today we honour the work, achievements and dedication of Bulgarian teachers, university lecturers, scientists and scholars who are building the spiritual fortress of the Bulgarian nation. We honour the bright minds who have chosen the path of discovery and curiosity, who do not stop learning and searching - as bequeathed by the patron of Varna Free University - Chernorizets Hrabar. May the testament of the brave awakener echo in the heart of each of you and accompany you throughout your life!
Serve knowledge honestly, courageously and with dignity, develop it, pass it on to young people and apply it in the interest of society!
