FLOWERS WERE PUT AT THE MONUMENTS OF COUNT IGNATIEV AND ALEXANDER RACHINSKI

Varna Free University observed the Diplomatic Worker's Day. On behalf of the University and the Russian Center flowers were put at the monuments of Count Ignatiev and the first Russian diplomat Alexander Rachinsky by Prof. Dr. Galina Shamonina - Secretary General of the University and Head of the Russian Center and experts.
The ceremony on the occasion of the Day of the Diplomatic Worker was held at the initiative of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Varna. The official guest of the event was the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Bulgaria His Excellency Anatoliy Makarov. The Consuls General of the Russian Federation in Varna and Rousse Vladimir Klimanov and A. Gromov, the Mayor of Varna Ivan Portnih, the Regional Governor Stoyan Pasev, representatives of non-governmental, public organizations and many citizens also took part in the event.
