BULGARIAN AND ISRAELI UNIVERSITIES WILL PARTNER WITHIN THE BLACK SEA SECURITY ACADEMY

At the initiative of the Black Sea Security Academy, a tripartite meeting was held in Sofia between representatives of the management bodies of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", the Military Academy "G. S. Rakovsky"and Ariel University in Israel. The meeting was attended by Prof. Petar Hristov, PhD - rector of VFU, Major-General Grudi Angelov, PhD - head of the Military Academy, Amit Dvir, PhD - Academic Director of the Centre for Cybertechnology at Ariel University, experts and lecturers .

The state of cybersecurity in Bulgaria and the need for training of highly qualified personnel in this field were discussed as one of the priorities of the Black Sea Security Academy. The heads of the higher education institutions presented their experience and results and agreed to deepen their cooperation.

Amit Dvir, PhD praised the activities of the Black Sea Security Academy and its goals. He thanked the participants and the initiator of the meeting, Vladimir Bronfenbrenner, secretary general of the Black Sea Security Academy. Bronfenbrenner himself expressed confidence in his future successful cooperation with Ariel University.

The Black Sea Security Academy was created by Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and leading security experts from Israel.
