ANNUAL CONCERT OF THE CHOREOGRAPHY STUDENTS

The annual concert of the Choreography students will take place on 23 June in Hall 1 of the Festival and Congress Centre in Varna. The concert will present works by students of the major, built on the basis of folk and contemporary dance art. Special guests and performers will be the students of the Secondary School for Humanities and Arts "Konstantin Preslavski" in Varna.
The academic dance theatre of the university is the creative laboratory of the students of the Choreography major.
A month ago, the concert-performance "Traditions in Rhythm and Creativity", dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Academic Dance Theatre of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", filled the Congress Hall of the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna to its full capacity.
The teaching team, which works with the students of the Academic Dance Theatre, was awarded one of the highest awards of the Union of Music and Dance Actors in Bulgaria - "Golden Lyre", honorary plaques of the Mayor of the Municipality of Varna, of the National Representation of the Student Councils, of the Association of Schools of Professional and Advanced Choreography Education.
The concerts of the Academic Dance Theatre and the Choreography students at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" attract more and more spectators not only from Varna and the region, but also from all over Bulgaria.
