Radoslav Yankov, the best Bulgarian snowboarder, triumphed in the parallel giant slalom at the Snowboard World Cup competition in Karetsa, Italy. This victory comes after a seven-year break and on the exact same date and place where he achieved his first major success in 2015.
Yankov’s technical team, in which, together with the coach Georgi Atanasov, a key role plays Miroslav Pandurov, a 3rd year student majoring in Protection of National Security at Varna Free University's Smolyan Branch, is behind this success. The people from the Rhodopes know that snowboarding requires precision, dedication and perfect synchronization – qualities that are developed daily both at the university and on the slope.
Admirations and congratulations on the success of Radoslav Yankov and his team!
