A first-year student from Varna Free University impressed with a model of the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral

The freshman Nikola Vassilev, majoring in Interior Design at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", created an interesting model for the exam in the discipline History of Art, taught by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diana Sotirova, inspired by the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris and the grandeur of Gothic architecture. The project, made entirely from ice cream sticks and silicone, amazes with its precision and details. In addition to the impressive construction, Nikola also integrated internal lighting, which gives additional authenticity to the model.

Because of his creativity Nikola passed his exam with an excellent grade. The fist-year student completed his first semester at Varna Free University with excellent success. He is a graduate of the Vocational Technical High School in Varna, and his choice to continue his studies in Interior Design at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" is a step towards developing his creative abilities.

The Interior Design major at Varna Free University offers to the students not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that prepare them for a successful career in the modern world of design. The programme combines training in classical and contemporary styles, interior space design, working with innovative materials and technologies, as well as using specialized visualization software. Students have the opportunity to participate in real projects, competitions and creative workshops that contribute to building a portfolio and professional contacts during their studies.

Admission for the academic year 2025/2026 has already been open, as the university invites young and ambitious talents to become part of the inspiring environment of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".
