The final presentation of the cyber magicians' projects to their parents took place today at the Youth Center - Varna. The last two groups of school students from Varna presented their developments on cyber security and safety in a digital environment. The children showed a recycled glowing-eyed robot made of plastic bottles, a board game, a design of a cyber magician's cardboard room, games and comics in the Scratch program and various coding and color presentations.
The academic management of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" in the person of its President - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasimir Nedyalkov and the Rector - Prof. Dr. Peter Hristov awarded the executive director of the Russkiy Mir Foundation Vladimir Kochin a honorary diploma for his contribution to the development of Russian-Bulgarian cooperation in the field of education, science and culture and on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Russian Center of VFU. This happened during the International Qualification School "Modern Pedagogical Technologies in Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language" held at the university. For the 11th consecutive year, the event brings together young Russicists from the most prestigious European universities, led by their desire to study and teach Russian. The school is supported by the Russkiy Mir Foundation, Rossotrudnichestvo Agency in Bulgaria and is conducted under the patronage of the President of Varna Free University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krasimir Nedyalkov.

The 11th International Qualification School "Modern Pedagogical Technologies in Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language", which is one of the most successful projects of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and the Russkiy Mir Foundation, will be held at the university from 19 to 23 August. The choreography students and their lecturers of Varna Free University had the unique opportunity to see some of the new routines of the rhythmic gymnastics ensemble that presents Bulgaria to the world. The graces are being prepared at the National Sports Base "Sports Palace" for the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, which will be held in September in the capital of Azerbaijan - Baku.

Lovers of Bulgarian rhythms from all over the country took part in it. Students of the master’s degree programme in Preservation of Cultural Heritage at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" participated in a partnership project "Mapping and Conservation of an Early Christian Basilica, Palmatis fortress, Dobrich region," which took place at the end of July in the village of Onogur, Dobrich region.
