05/03/2019A student from Varna Free University - the basketball player Asen Velikov lifted the Cup of Bulgaria for 2019 after his team Levski Lukoil won a victory over Beroe in Panagyurishte at the weekend.

01/03/2019Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" was re-certified for the sixth consecutive time under the ISO standards - quality management. The evaluation process has been successfully completed by the Bureau Veritas Certification International Organization and the university has been awarded an accreditation certificate from UKAS (Great Britain) for a period of 3 years - until 2022.

27/02/2019The team of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" will participate for the fourth consecutive year in an elite international competition CFA Research Challenge - for financial analysis of corporations. The competition will be held on 1 March in Sofia and is organized by the CFA Institute.
Huge interest in Varna Free University during the Candidate Students Exchanges
27/02/2019Huge interest in the programmes and projects of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" was noted on the candidate student exchanges, which took place in the beginning of the week in Plovdiv and Varna. The future students put glasses for virtual reality at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" and managed to get into the auditoriums and see the campus of the university. The interest of the young people in the higher education institution is caused by the close connection of the educational process with the needs of the business and the labour market in Bulgaria and abroad.

23/02/2019The third partnership forum of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", the Institute for Integrated Management of the Municipalities at the Regional Administration - Smolyan was held in the Pamporovo resort. The event, which brought together more than 150 mayors, representatives of higher and secondary education, businesses from the Smolyan region and from all over the country, was opened by the president of Varna Free University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krassimir Nedialkov.
