TEACHERS DISCUSSED INNOVATIVE METHODS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TECHING AT A SEMINAR AT VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR
12/07/2024"The main goal of the Qualification Seminar was to overcome the challenges facing the teaching and learning of foreign languages in Bulgaria. Challenges refer to the set of skills that are needed in the modern world - a set of skills that is constantly expanding and dynamically changing. This requires a change in the way of teaching and acquiring knowledge and skills. In every field of education, and especially in foreign language teaching, a transition from teaching, memorization and reproduction of information is needed, i.e. using interactive methods , active interaction between the participants in the educational process, personalization of the learning content and orientation towards results", Boryana Kostova , PhD, commented after the end of the qualification seminar.
FOUR GRADUATES OF VFU “CHERNORIZETS HRABAR” WILL COMPLETE THEIR PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP IN THE DISTRICT COURT – VARNA
12/07/2024District Court - Varna accepted five lawyers who will complete their mandatory professional internship at the institution. Four of them are graduates of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", and one is from the Sofia University "St Kliment Ohridski".

11/07/2024Varna Free University has signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese company ZHIQIU EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY CO., based in Ningbo city. The purpose of the partnership is to attract students from China to the university's educational programmes.

10/07/2024Today, at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" the Secretary General of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee Belcho Goranov, Milena Sirakova, Director of the Regional Council of the Bulgarian Red Cross - Varna, and Assoc. Prof. Eleonora Tankova, PhD, Deputy Rector of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", opened the training of coaches under the "Sports Coach+" project.

09/07/2024Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" will host training under the Sports Coach+ project, organised by the Bulgarian Olympic Committee (BOC) and the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC). It is expected to include coaches in over 10 types of sports from Varna and the region who work with refugees and/or children and youth at risk.

THE SUMMER SCIENTIFIC SESSION OF THE FACULTY OF LAW HAS STARTED
28/06/2024The Summer Scientific Session of the Faculty of Law 2024 has started at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". It includes two scientific conferences: "Law: Theory and Practice" and "Security and Public Order - Theory and Practice". Scientists and doctoral students from 20 universities and scientific institutes in Bulgaria and abroad, as well as experts from practice, who will present more than 60 reports in the field of law and security, participate in them.
