IX INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION ARCIVE '2019
01/06/2019The 9th International Scientific Conference on Architecture and Construction ArCivE '2019 was launched in Varna Free University. The forum will continue until June 2. It was opened by the president of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" Assoc. Prof. Dr. Krassimir Nedyalkov, under whose patronage the event is held. 110 Bulgarian participants and 20 foreign lecturers were registered for the conference. Interests to the event was expressed by lecturers and students from Bulgaria - from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, the Higher School of Construction "Lyuben Karavelov", New Bulgarian University, University of Forestry, Sofia University, Institute of Mechanics, Academy of the Interior , University of Economics - Varna, "Prof. Dr. Assen Zlatarov" University - Burgas, Bulgarian Association for Insulation in Construction (BAIS), Scientific and Technical Unions, etc.
"LA MER" BECAME A FASHION EVENT FOR VARNA
01/06/2019A fashion event for Varna became "La Mer", which was the graduation show of the students majoring in "Fashion and Management in Fashion" at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". Under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kapka Manasieva, Head of the Art Department, the young designers made the beautiful clothing for the show, which took place last night at Rappongi Beach.

28/05/2019Graduates from the Faculty of Law at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" were awarded their higher education diplomas at a solemn ceremony in Aula Maxima. 190 students graduated. 55 students of the 2018 class graduated cum laude in the professional fields "Law", "National Security" and "Psychology".
VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABAR" IN THE HEART OF EUROPE AGAIN
28/05/2019For another consecutive year, students from VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" visited the main European institutions in Brussels for a week and listened to specially designed lectures related to the euro financing for Bulgaria and the technology for project development. The students took part in a training course at the European Commission Directorate-General "Communications" and "Digital Europe". The group from Varna Free University got to know the work of the European Parliament and took part in a discussion on the Bulgarian presence in the EP. The trainees learned about the opportunities for Bulgaria to raise funds under the Structural Funds and took part in a discussion on the work of the Council of the European Union on the future changes in EU governance. Special lectures were presented to the Bulgarian students at the Committee of the Regions and the Permanent Representation of Bulgaria. 24 MAY – FESTIVE PROCESSION
24/05/2019Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" took part in the festive procession on 24 May - the Bulgarian Education and Culture, and Slavonic Literature Day. The bloc of the university was led by the academic management. The lecturers, students and employees were joined by the participants in the Third International Youth Forum "My Initiative in Education", a joint project of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" and the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, which Varna Free University is hosting.

23/05/2019On the eve of 24 of May – the Bulgarian Education and Culture, and Slavonic Literature Day, Varna Free University Chernorizets Hrabar announced the 20 prospective students, qualified as winners of the scholarship programme "I will Study and Succeed in Bulgaria" for the 2019 – 2020 academic year The future students will begin their studies in a major chosen by them, and the programme will cover 100% of the annual tuition fee for the first year.
