These are Slavena Georgieva and Maria Borislavova from Law, Maya Dimitrova and Trayana Yordanova from Architecture, and Nadezhda Hristova, a Graphic Design student.
The award was presented by the current Regional Governor, Prof. Andriyana Andreeva, PhD in recognition of his managerial contribution during the period during which he held the position - from22 August, 2001 to 25 July 2005.
An online seminar for doctoral students studying in Russian, organised by the Faculty of Law on the topic of Language and Style of the Scientific Thesis, was held at Varna Free University. Doctoral students from all departments of the university had the opportunity to take part in it.

The award is given for the most creative engineering structure, it is dedicated to the memory of Assoc.
