She was awarded the "Student of the Year" prize in the field of "Legal Sciences" by the National Representation of Student Councils (NRSC). The diploma was presented to Gergana by the Minister of Justice Nadezhda Yordanova, in the presence of the Minister of Education and Science Acad. Nikolay Denkov and the management of the NRSC.

Impressive public buildings were presented by the students majoring in Architecture at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" during their diploma theses. The State Examination Commission, chaired by Corresponding Member Prof. D.Sc. Arch. A partnership agreement between Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and the Turkish University "Fenerbahce" was signed a few days ago. As a result of the agreed relations, the first Erasmus + staff mobility was realized. A group from VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" visited one of the youngest and most modern universities, located in the heart of Istanbul and got acquainted with the opportunities offered by the university to its students, as well as options for international cooperation.
Partnership framework agreement was signed by Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, the Institute of Metallurgy, Equipment and Technologies with the Center for Hydro- and Aerodynamics “Academician A. Balevski ”- BAS and Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar ”. The agreement stipulates the establishment of a joint Expert Laboratory Center, as an infrastructure for the sustainable development of new materials and technologies and other activities related to the priorities of the three institutions. Students from three classes of the High School for Humanities and Arts "Konstantin Preslavski" in Varna for a consecutive year do their internship at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". Students in 10th, 11th and 12th grade in the specialties "Bulgarian Folk Dances" and "Modern Dances", under the management of their teachers Dilyan Galev, Milen Grozdev and Rumen Radev, will work for 68 hours with students from the Academic Dance Theater at the University. The young dancers are preparing a production with which they will take part in the annual concert of the specialty "Choreography" at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar".
