15/05/2023The Student Council of Varna Free University performed excellently at the Orange Sea educational exhibition, which was held on 13 May at the entrance to the Seaside Park in Varna. The university's young talents presented the university's specialties after completed secondary education, as well as the possibilities for applying to higher education.

15/05/2023Varna Free University students Polina Galinova - 4th- year student of Psychology and Christian Yordanov - 1st-year student of National Security Protection won four gold medals at the National Kickboxing Championship, which was held in Stara Zagora. The students placed the university in the TOP 3 of the championship organised by the Association for University Sports "Akademik".

12/05/2023The Academic Council of the Eurasian International University in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, awarded the title "Doctor Honoris Causa" to the Chairпperson of the Board of Trustees of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar", Prof. D.Sc. Anna Nedyalkova. The honorary title is awarded to Prof. Nedyalkova for her significant contribution to the development of higher education, scientific research and fruitful cooperation.

He was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Sylvester Boksatsky - Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences and Prof. Dr. Igor Chulipa - Deputy Rector for Scientific and Academic Work, Economic Development and Projects at the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, Lutsk, Ukraine.

10/05/2023The magnificent concert-performance Traditions in Rhythm and Creativity, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Academic Dance Theater at VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" filled up the Congress Hall of the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna last night. The event, organized jointly with the Municipality of Varna on Europe Day, showed in a brilliant way that it preserves and conveys the mission of the university and the goals set by the founders of the Academic Dance Theater - Prof. D.Sc. Anna Nedyalkova and Prof. Petar Angelov - to be guardians of Bulgarian tradition, creativity, knowledge, art and culture. Over 350 artists, united by their love for Bulgarian folklore and Varna Free University, brought the wonderful audience to their feet with their impressive performances.

04/05/2023VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" can be a reliable partner of the vocational high schools in the country, which have the status of Centers of excellence in vocational education and training. The university expressed its willingness during the meeting with principals and representatives of vocational high schools. The possibilities of the university to contribute to the education of students and to be a partner in improving the qualifications of teachers were presented.
