STUDENTS FROM MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMMES DID AN INTERNSHIP IN TARGOVISTE
24/10/2023The internship of students from the master's degree programmes Advertising and Public Relations in Business Management and Management of Cultural Tourism at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" was held in the city of Targovishte on October 21st and 22nd. The students, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Georgi Kalaglarski - head of the master's degree programmes, listened with interest to the lecture of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rumen Draganov on management of communication strategies of cultural heritage, legal and regulatory regulations in advertising, PR and tourism, as well as and the issues related to the socialization of tourist attractions.
VFU "CHERNORIZETS HRABER" STARTED CYBER SECURITY TRAINING WITH THE EXPERT SIMEON NGUYEN
24/10/2023Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" has launched the Knights in Cyber Space project, which will train 180 students, lecturers, psychologists and teachers from educational institutions in the municipality of Varna who work in an online environment with children and young people. The project is supported by the Municipality of Varna and the Education and Youth Activities Directorate. The speaker is Simeon Nguyen - cyber security expert and penetration tester. He graduated in systems programming and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology. He has been working in the IT field for more than 10 years and holds various hacking certifications. He is a university lecturer in ethical hacking.
