Challenges refer to the set of skills that are needed in the modern world - a set of skills that is constantly expanding and dynamically changing. This requires a change in the way of teaching and acquiring knowledge and skills. In every field of education, and especially in foreign language teaching, a transition from teaching, memorization and reproduction of information is needed, i.e. using interactive methods , active interaction between the participants in the educational process, personalization of the learning content and orientation towards results", Boryana Kostova , PhD, commented after the end of the qualification seminar.
