Admission requirements: University Degree, average performance and passed State exam with not less than Good 3.50; successful entrance examination.
Qualification requirements and regulations:
In order to be awarded the qualification 90 credits are necessary. 35.5 of the credits come from compulsory courses, 37.5 credits from elective courses; 2 credits from optional courses and 15 credits from Master’s thesis/Diploma or the state exam.
Profile of the programme: The Master’s Degree programme International Business Project Management aims at training leaders and managers with professional interests in project management.
The training is realized through modules that provide knowledge and skills necessary for the successful participation in the development and implementation of regional, national and international projects. Most modules contain practical part, consistent with the existing programs and project proposals, including teamwork, independent work and case studies to master the acquired knowledge.
Students can participate in a training course on the role and functions of the European institutions in Brussels and they receive a special certificate from the European Parliament.
Training of students in the Master's degree programme International Business Projects Management is in line with the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), which allows students’ and teachers’ mobility, practices and internships (including in institutions in EU) taking part in master classes, conferences, roundtables, etc.
Interactive teaching methods that include a multimedia presentation of lectures, discussions, teamwork, business and role-playing, case studies, project assignments, etc. are mainly used.
Examination regulations and grading scale:
The regulations are specific to each course (project or task; individual or group assignments, research papers, tests, project assignment, defense, etc.).
Graduation requirements: Development and defense of a diploma project or the state exam.
Key learning outcomes: Graduates from the Master's degree programme International Business Project Management are familiar with the basic steps for developing business projects. They are able to manage their implementation and carry out the appropriate monitoring.
Obligatory or optional mobility windows: Students can participate in EU student mobility (Erasmus).
Successful graduates should be: competent; analytical; creative, open to new developments; possessing the desire for self-development and lifelong learning; able to take up leadership positions in business, administration, non-governmental organizations and academic institutions.
Professional realization of the graduates: The acquired education is a sound basis for successful realization in business, administration, non-governmental organizations and academic institutions, etc.

Examination regulations, assessment and grading:
Exam grading is done on the basis of a written examination or other form of written assessment in class or online and covers the entire teaching material. Students are familiar with the evaluation criteria for each course. Final semester grade includes the results from the compulsory projects, assignments, case studies or other forms of individual and / or team work.
Internship: Practicum in a real environment, internships in EU countries and in central European institutions in Brussels, which are awarded with an additional certificate, are provided.
Apprenticeship programmes: When the discipline allows students can serve an apprenticeship or an expert from practice can be made part of the training along with the lecturer.
Professional profile of the graduates: The Master's degree programme International Business Project Management prepares specialists in the field of Administration and Management who can realize themselves in various areas of business and economic life as managers and coordinators of international projects, experts and appraisers in the local government, public administration and international institutions - the European Commission, the European Parliament, Council of the EU, UN, etc., auditors of international and European projects.
