• Procedures:
- Recognition of credits on the basis of submission of documents: academic or diploma from previous training; International diplomas and certificates in foreign languages (English Cambridge FCE, TOEFEL, German - Zertifikat Deutsch, Sprahdiplom, Zweite Stufe, Russian - TRKY, French - DELF, Spanish - DELE); International diplomas and ECDL compliant certificates (The European Computer Driving License).
- Certification of knowledge and skills by passing exams in: foreign language from the Department of Foreign Language Education, computer skills from the Department of Informatics, specific for the field of knowledge and skills of the Department of Security and Safety;
- Credit award: The Department of "Security and Safety" "assigns appropriate credits to the curriculum of the specialty credits based on the results of the certification of knowledge and skills."
Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation equirements*:240 credits are required to acquire the qualification in the "National Security" specialization, of which 176 credits from compulsory courses, 30 credits from elective courses, 24 credits from optional courses and 10 credits from state exams;
Profile of the programme: In the specialty "Protection of the National Security", specialists with higher education are trained to be professionally employed in the field of public security, in the state, municipal and private sector, and the training organization is based on a basic module and a module of specialized disciplines.
Programme learning outcomes: In the course of the training, students in the Bachelor's program "Protection of National Security" receive knowledge and practical skills that allow them to disclose and evaluate in a timely manner the dangers and threats to national security, corporate security and personal security, to take sound risk decisions, Manage forces and means of redress in a way that will prevent undesirable events - crimes, accidents, disasters, neutralize their consequences and prepare conditions for disclosure Plates, guilty persons, and so on.

Examination regulations and grading scale: The rules for admission to the semester examination, methodology and evaluation criteria, introduced at the beginning of the training course in front of the students, have been introduced by the holder of each discipline in the specialty "Protection of the national security". Various methods are used in the teaching process - lectures, seminars, practical exercises, field studies, consultations / incl. On-line / and others. Forms and methods of assessment are: course assignments, course assignments and projects, control papers, tests, case studies, field studies, etc. The evaluation criteria depend on the methods and forms used in each discipline. The results are documented in a specific form "Teacher's Diary" and reported orally or electronically during the current control and after the end of the semester examination.

Ministry of the Interior or in the CCPP at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior, Varna
