About VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar"

Pavilion of Knowledge and Youth Creativity opens on 4 September

The project "PAVILION OF KNOWLEDGE AND YOUTH CREATIVITY" starts on 4 September at 16:00 in the area of ​​the Nikolay Kopernik National Astronomical Observatory in the seaside garden of Varna. It is initiated by the Students' Council of Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" and is part of the events in the calendar of "Varna - European Youth Capital 2017". The pavilion of knowledge and youth creativity is an alternative space in the urban environment for creativity and knowledge in the field of visual and dance arts and career guidance.



This is a place where young people can develop their skills, talents and entrepreneurial skills, meet people who will promote their creativity and help orient them toward the profession that most suitable for them.


11 creative workshops will be opened in the framework of the project: "Abstract Painting", "Photography", "Dance", "Spatial Installation", "T-shirt", "Make-up", "Personal Style", "Conceptual Fashion and Modeling" , "Accessories and Redesign", "Career Consulting" and "VarnaSpaghettiEngineering".

Every afternoon from 4 to 8 September, youths wishing to join will have the opportunity to experiment and create their works in different areas.

After the end of the project, the Pavilion of Knowledge and Youth Creativity created by Varna Free University will continue to work as a mobile space in the urban environment to discover talents, develop connections between young people and motivate for new jobs training.

Partners of Varna Free University under the project are the Vocational School of Textile and Fashion Design, the High School of Humanities "Konstantin Preslavski" in Varna. The Pavilion starts with the financial support of Varna Municipality.
