A five-day training mobility on the project "WIN 2" was launched at Varna Free University. The emphasis there are the modules "Models for sustainability in the work of student companies" and "Professional orientation".

The training mobility is the last stage in the project "Business lessons oriented towards international action - WIN-WIN" in the Erasmus +, KA 2 program. Within the third educational mobility teachers and students from Bulgaria, Poland and Germany listen to lectures; take part in workshop and role-playing games.

The aim of the international project whose partner is VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" is to develop school curricula for secondary education in the partner schools in Bulgaria. The project "Business lessons oriented towards international action - WIN-WIN" in the Erasmus +, KA 2 program involves nine partners from Bulgaria, Poland and Germany.

The establishment of a student company allows the opening of schools to local businesses and starting the process of early career guidance. Student companies give young people the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and skills and to acquire their first professional experience at a school age. It gives them further stimulus to develop their entrepreneurial skills.

“The establishment of a student company has potentials not only in economic terms. This can be an important impulse for further development of the school at different levels”, said the participants in the project.

A final press conference on the project will be held on 30.03.2017 (Thursday) at 14:00 pm., at the Russian centre of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar". The participants will present the role of universities in facilitating the process of establishing student companies in schools. The press conference will be attended by students from partner schools - Private Trade School, Varna; 'Adam Mitskevich' No 2 Public School and Public School No 3 from Byala Podlyaska, Poland; Public school in the town of Oldenburg, Germany.
