Lecturer and mentor in the master class "Leadership and power in the modern organization," the Russian professor Anatoly Zankovskiy will lead participants to an awareness of the fact that power and leadership in modern organizations are in relevant dependence. He will introduce participants to the six resource centers of power in the organization and will comment on why global leaders like Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama base their behavior on the principles of organizational power.

Information about the lecturer:
Prof. D.Sc. Anatoly Zankovskiy (born 1954) has been a doctor of psychology from the Moscow State University since 1985.

Head of the Laboratory of Labour Psychology at the Institute of Psychology at the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Since 2004 he has been the official representative of Grid International in Russia. He is currently a consultant in organizational development and formation of corporate culture of many Russian and international companies.

Between 2000 - 2015 he became head of the department of sociology and psychology at the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, and currently /since 2013/ is a professor at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.

He is the author of 10 books and over 90 articles and publications related to the development of leadership, psychology and management in contemporary organizations.

He is a member of the Russian Psychological Society, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) of the American Psychological Society (APA, USA).
