The master class in Start-up Financing ended successfully

    For what reason only 10% of Start-ups are successful, how to build your personal branding in the professional social networks, what the popular concepts of "crowdsourcing" and "crowdfunding" mean, how the nationality of the people is decisive in entrepreneurship and can an organization be successful without innovations - these are just some of the questions answered by the lecturers in the master class in Start-up Financing held at Varna Free University on 10 and 11 September.



    The event was determined by the Dean of the Faculty of International Economics and Administration, Assoc. Prof. Eleonora Tankova, PhD as yet another proof of the launch of the new educational model of the university.     The official start of the master class was given by the Vice-Rector for International Affairs,Projects and Technological Development,Prof. Teodora Bakardzhieva, PhD. She greeted the participants on behalf of the President of the University, Prof. Anna Nedyalkova, D.Sc. and the Rector, Prof. Galya Gercheva, PhD.

    The master class in Start-up Financing wasattended by more than 60 students and lecturers; participants from the branch of VFU "Chernorizets Hrabar" in Smolyan joined the master class by means of a video connection.

    The Israeli scientists, Prof. Eli Miron and Prof. Gilad Ravid from Ben Gurion University in Israel are among the familiar lecturers of the audience in Varna on topics such as innovations, entrepreneurship, start-ups, knowledge management, business angels and cloud technologies.     The full video recording of the master class and the impressions of speakers of the longstanding partnership with Varna Free University will be posted soon on the website of the university and on the social networks.
