The world famous scientist Prof. Anatoliy Zankovskiy takes over the leadership of the Master's degree program of Leadership in a Global Environment

 

    The main thing that a leader must possess is the ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive way, says the professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Anatoliy Zankovskiy. He is the author of 10 books and over 90 articles, papers and publications in psychology and management, among which are "Psychology of Business Relations", "Organizational Psychology", "Psychology of Leadership - from Behavioral Model to Cultural Value Paradigm," "Psychology of Organizational Leadership: in Search of Corporate Synergy" and others.

    Prof. Zankovskiy works as a consultant to a number of multinational corporations. He takes over the leadership of the Master's degree program of Leadership in a Global Environment as a longtime partner of Varna Free University.     All great leaders that we can think of have lived in the past. Today, the lack of leaders is felt more because of the fast pace at which everything around us changes, says the professor. It is also one of his motives to work for the creation of new leaders.
